We saw the same pattern time and again at Nordic companies: contracts scattered across email threads, shared folders and physical binders. No one really knew what contracts were in place. Important dates were missed. Cancellation periods expired without anyone noticing.

The solutions already on the market were either too expensive, too complex, or required manual data entry that no one had time for. Small and mid-sized companies fell through the cracks — too big for spreadsheets, too small for enterprise systems.
