By conducting a large number of in-depth interviews with key positions that manage contracts, a pattern soon appeared. From this pattern we could identify 4 key challenges with contract management, and how to solve them.

Capturing contracts is tremendously time-consuming. The routines for doing this are rarely bulletproof, which in turn makes the data in the system unreliable.
